Max Essery
Director & Carpenter
I’m a qualified carpenter and restricted builder, and I started Maxxie Construction in May 2023. With 10 years of experience under my belt, I’m always looking to grow as a builder. At the moment, I’m renovating our own home with my partner, Jessica, and our big dream is to take the family on a lap around Australia. Fun fact: I love camping and 4WD adventures whenever I get the chance.​
Harry Bull
Supervisor & Shopfitter/Cabinet Maker
I’m a qualified Shopfitter and Cabinetmaker with 10 years of experience. Proud dad to my fur baby Rocky, I aspire to make great happen and bring quality and strong work ethic to everything I do. In my spare time, you’ll usually find me building cars and motorbikes.​

Jessica Baron
Secretary
I joined Maxxie Construction at the start of 2025 and enjoy organising and supporting the team. Life is full at home with our daughter Esther and playful staffy Jexi, and we’re planning to travel around Australia soon. Fun fact: I’m a qualified Dietitian and Nutritionist with a big love for food and health.
