Engagement
Engagement with the client includes collecting relevant client information and confirming the project scope/specifications where needed, we will work with a draftsman and assist with any required council approvals. Once this is complete, we will provide a quote and contract for the client’s approval before work begins

Progress
We’ll supply a Gantt chart so the client can keep an eye on progress without needing a crystal ball. Weekly updates are available on request to keep things ticking along nicely, and if any changes pop up along the way, we’ll talk them through together and agree on any impacts to timing, scope, or costs before moving ahead.

Hand Over
At handover, we’ll carry out a final site check to make sure everything’s completed as agreed, organise a final clean, and tidy up any remaining items. We’ll pass on any relevant documents, approvals, or warranties and walk the client through the finished works so everything is clear and ready to sign off.
